About Chesse Balls :

This is an appetizer recipe that you can make for your family and friends at any time or for any special occasion like kitty party and even game night.

The Ingredients List :

• 3     Potato / Aloo
• 1     Chili (finely chopped)
• 1/2  tsp ginger paste
• 2     tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
• 1/4  tsp pepper (crushed)
• 1     tsp mixed herbs
• 1/4  cumin powder / jeera powder
• 10   cubes cheese
• 1     cup corn flakes , breadcrumbs (crushed) 

For Corn Flour Batter :

• 2     tbsp corn flour
• 2     tbsp maida
• 1/4  tsp pepper (crushed)
• 1/4  tsp salt
• 1/4  cup water 

Method for Cheese Balls :

1. Boil 3 small potatoes in a pressure cooker till they are completely cooked.
2. When the potatoes become warm , peel them and mash very well in a mixing bowl.
3. To the mashed potatoes add 1 chili, 1/2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp coriander, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 cumin powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
4. Make a soft non-sticky dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
5. Make a small ball sized aloo mixture and flatten slightly.
6. place a cubed sized cheese in the center of a mixture and closed it properly. Make sure there are no cracks.
7. Further , roll in crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs and cover the mixture properly.
8. Fry the balls in hot oil pan till it turn golden brown in color.
9. With a slotted spoon , turn over when the potato cheese balls become golden.
10. Remove them on kitchen paper towels.
11. Serve cheese balls with tomato sauce or chutney.
